DOMINIKA KULCZYK  

Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board

She got a Master Degree in sinology at the Faculty of Modern Languages and Literatures and in political science at the Faculty of Political Science and Journalism of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. She was educated in Shanghai, Beijing, at the Rockefeller Foundation and the Bertelsmann Foundation.

She has a many-year experience of working at statutory bodies of commercial law companies. Since 2013 a member of the Supervisory Board of Kulczyk Investments, in the years 2015–2018 the Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board of KI. The co-founder of the Values Consulting Group which conducts training on business psychology. In 2013–2016 the Vice-President of the Polish Olympic Committee. The initiator of the Polish branch of the Green Cross International. The originator and co-founder of the Kulczyk Foundation, a non-profit organisation providing aid in Poland and in the world. She is a member of the Board of the UN Global Compact Poland and the Ambassador of the SOS Children’s Villages in Poland. She is a member of Young Leaders for Tomorrow, a global initiative of young leaders. The Dame of the Order of the Smile.


HANS SCHWEICKARDT  

Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board

He graduated from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) in Zurich and completed post-graduate studies at Stanford University and INSEAD.

He has an over 40-year experience of managing international projects in the European energy sector, including the position of the President and the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Alpiq, a Swiss energy company, the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Swiss Grid (a Swiss system operator), various management positions at ATEL and EOS (two energy companies which merged under his leadership into Alpiq in 2009) and ABB Group, a global energy/infrastructure company.

He is the Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the European Energy Exchange (EEX), a member of the Management Board of EPEX SPOT (European Power Exchange) in Paris and Clearing Bank ECC. He was the founder of the European Energy Exchange in the early 2000 in Frankfurt, when he was the CEO of the Exchange. He was actively involved in the EEX merger with another German exchange, LPX.


MARTA SCHMUDE-OLCZAK  

Member of the Supervisory Board

She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. She also got a Master of Laws at the University of Bayreuth. A graduate of post-graduate studies in the field of innovative marketing forms at WSB University in Poznań. A scholarship holder of the AMU Foundation and the Sokrates-Erasmus program, as well as the Bayreuth Universität.

For over 10 years she is associated with Stary Browar. Since 2014 she has managed the Kulczyk Foundation, where she is currently in charge of the overall activity of the Foundation as an independent proxy. A member of the Supervisory Board of Kulczyk Holding, the President of the Management Board of DK Property.


Brian Bode  

Member of the Supervisory Board

Brian Bode has broad experience in working as a financial executive for companies in different sectors, such as: FON (car axle manufacturing), Wprost (Weekly news magazine and internet sites), Chesapeake Packaging (light manufacturing), Pilicka Telefonia (local telecommunications operator), HBO (cable television channel), AIG (insurance), Follett bookstores (university bookstore chain), and Hines Lumber (wholesale building supplier).
 
He has also served as a member of various Management Boards and currently is a member of the Board of Directors for the Fulbright Commission in Poland.
 
He studied at Northwestern University in Evanston where he received a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and at Cass Business in London where he received a Master’s degree in Finance. 
 


KAJETAN D’OBYRN  

Member of the Supervisory Board

He graduated from the Faculty of Geology, Geophysics and Environment Protection at AGH University of Science and Technology in Cracow. Since 2016 an Associate Professor at the Department of Hydrogeology and Engineering Geology of AGH.

He has an extensive experience in managing projects related to environmental protection, in particular environmental protection in mining, transport, oil and gas storage and gas industry. In the years 2016–2019 the President of the Management Board of the “Wieliczka” Salt Mine. The Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Małopolski Fundusz Rozwoju sp. z o.o., and a member of the Mining Council established by the Ministry of Environment.


Arkadiusz Jastrzębski  

Member of the Supervisory Board

Member of the Supervisory Board of the Company since 2012.

In the years 1994–1996 Arkadiusz Jastrzębski was associated with Grupa Raiffeisen, at first as a financial analyst and then as the head of the management department in the brokerage office. Then, from 1997 to 1999 he worked as an analyst at WestMarchant Bank. In the years 1999–2003 Arkadiusz Jastrzębski was associated with Innova Capital, a private equity fund. From 2004 till 2005 he cooperated with Hexagon Capital, and then – in the years 2006–2013 he was a member of the Management Board of Hexagon Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych. Arkadiusz Jastrzębski got a master’s degree in finance and banking as well as a doctoral degree from the Warsaw School of Economics. He holds licenses of an investment advisor and broker (obtained in 1994) as well as a CFA title (gained in 1999) and a SFA license (United Kingdom) (obtained in 1997). Furthermore, he undertook a number of foreign training courses in private equity investment and business valuation.


MICHAŁ KAWA  

Member of the Supervisory Board

He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Cracow. In 2016 he became a legal counsel.

An expert in the field of civil law, corporate law, building law, copyright and administrative law. He exercised legal supervision over the infrastructure projects implemented in Małopolska. He was an adviser of the beneficiaries of “Zostań Małopolskim Przedsiębiorcą” and “Integrator” programs.


Orest Nazaruk  

Member of the Supervisory Board

During 1997-2002 Orest Nazaruk has been working for Arthur Andersen Company, auditing financial statements of banks and insurance companies and providing restructuring advisory services for companies from oil, gas and energy sectors. After that, during 2002-2004 he has been working in the Ministry of State Treasury as a Deputy Director in Restructuring and Public Aid Department being responsible for restructuring programmes preparation and supervision over state-owned oil, gas and energy companies. During 2004-2006 Orest Nazaruk took part in establishing independent gas Transmission System Operator Gaz-System and has been a member of its first management board responsible for finance and trade. During next years - 2006-2015 – he has been working as a member of management boards of companies: Selbud Inwestycje, PGNiG Energia and PGNiG Technologie as a restructuring process advisor. He was a member of numerous supervisory boards of oil, gas and energy companies (Towarowa Giełda Energii, Anwil, PKN Orlen, Mazowiecka Spółka Gazownictwa, Elektrociepłownia Stalowa Wola).

Orest Nazaruk has graduated from Warsaw University – Faculty of Management, with the risk management on futures market specialization. He has attended numerous international trainings on International Accounting Standards, strategic management, restructuring programmes and risk management on futures market in gas and energy.
