The Management Board of the company Polenergia S.A. (the “Issuer”) hereby announces that On 7 August 2025, the Management Board received the resignation of Mr. Mikołaj Fanzkowiak from his participation in the Issuer’s Supervisory Board and from his position as Member of the Issuer’s Supervisory Board.
The resignation was submitted effective 7 August 2025, end of day.
The resignation contains no information about the reasons for its submission.
