The Management Board of Polenergia S.A. (the “Issuer”) informs about the change of the time limit for the publication of the periodic report for the 1st half of 2025, indicated in the current report no 2/2025 of 31 January 2025. The original time limit for the report publication was set at 20 August 2025.
The Issuer informs that the periodic report for the 1st half 2025 will be published on 21 August 2025.
legal basis: § 84 section 2 of the Minister of Finance’s Regulation dated 6 June 2025 on current and periodic information to be published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognition as equivalent of information required under the laws of a non-member state.
