PARTICIPATION OF THE SUBSIDIARY OF POLENERGIA S.A. IN THE MAIN AUCTION IN THE CAPACITY MARKET FOR THE DELIVERY YEAR 2030

The Management Board of Polenergia S.A. (the “Issuer”) hereby announces that on 11 December 2025, the Issuer’s subsidiary, Polenergia Elektrociepłownia Nowa Sarzyna sp. z o.o. with registered office in Nowa Sarzyna (“ENS“), took part in the main auction in the capacity market for the delivery year 2030. During the auction, ENS offered total capacity obligation of 114 MW for 2030. ENS had not made an exit bid by the time the auction ended. The closing price of the auction which ended in the second round, ranges between a maximum price of PLN 511.51/kW/year and a minimum price of PLN 465.03/kW/year.

Legal basis: Article 17(1) of the Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council on market abuse and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC as amended.
