The Management Board of the company Polenergia S.A. (“Issuer“), with reference to Current Report No. 60/2025 of 11 December 2025, hereby informs that, in accordance with the announcement made by Polskie Sieci Elektroenergetyczne S.A. (“PSE“), on 15 December 2025, concerning preliminary results of the main auction for delivery year 2030, said auction was concluded in the second round with a closing price of PLN 465.02/kW/year for the Capacity Market Units located within the electricity system, pursuant to Article 2, point 32) of the Capacity Market Act.
In view of the published preliminary results of the main auction for delivery year 2030, a capacity contract was entered into by PSE and the Price Settlement Authority Zarządca Rozliczeń S.A. with the Issuer’s subsidiary Polenergia Elektrociepłownia Nowa Sarzyna Sp. z o.o with registered office in Nowa Sarzyna („ENS”). The total volume of the capacity obligation offered by ENS resulting from the abovementioned contract is 114 MW. The contract has been concluded for a term of one year, subject to a condition precedent that the final results of the auction be announced by the President of the Energy Regulatory Office.
