The Management Board of Polenergia S.A. announces that on 19 December 2025 it received information that Mr Łukasz Buczyński, a Member of the Management Board, submitted his resignation from membership of the Management Board and from the position of Management Board Member, effective as of the end of the day on 19 December 2025.
The resignation does not state the reasons for its submission.
