Polenergia SA (‘Company’) hereby announces to have been notified that as a result of the registration of the Company’s share capital increase, as described in Current Report No. 22/2014, Aviva OFE share in the Company decreased.
At present, Aviva OFE holds 3 060 872 shares of the Company, entitling to 3 060 872 votes at the Company’s General Assembly, representing 6.74% of the total number of the Company’s shares and 6.74% of the total number of votes at the Company’s General Assembly.
Prior to the change in its share in the Company, Aviva OFE held 3 060 872 shares of the Company, entitling to 3 060 872 votes at the Company’s General Assembly, representing 6.74% of the then total number of the Company’s shares and 6.74% of the then total number of votes at the Company’s General Assembly.
