Polenergia Spółka Akcyjna (‘Company’) hereby informs to have been notified on 30th September 2014 that China – Central and Eastern Europe Investment Co-operation Fund SCS SICAV-SIF with its seat in Luxembourg, acting pursuant to Art. 10.2 letter (b) of the Articles of Association, appointed Mr Rafał Andrzejewski as a member of the Supervisory Board of the Company.
