Polenergia Spółka Akcyjna (‘Company’) hereby announces that the Company received a notification in accordance with which the person, as defined in Article 160 section 1 point 1) of the Act of 29th July 2005 on Trading in Financial Instruments (Zbigniew Prokopowicz, President of the Management Board of the Company), acquired the Company’s shares on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. As a result of the share acquisition transaction: (i) on 7th July 2015 1 000 shares of the Company were acquired at an average price of PLN 25.9500 per share, (ii) on 8th July 2015 1 000 shares of the Company were acquired at an average price of PLN 25.4162 per share, (iii) on 9th July 2015 1 000 shares of the Company were acquired at an average price of PLN 24.9344 per share, (iv) on 10h July 2015 960 shares of the Company were acquired at an average price of PLN 24.7604 per share.
