Polish Energy Partners S.A. (‘Company’) hereby informs that on 10th October 2012 the Company and its subsidiary concluded a loan agreement under which the Company was granted a loan in the amount of PLN 197 999 000. The loan is awarded for a period of 2 years.
The transaction described above was made within the Company’s Capital Group – without the participation of third parties – under the Company’s program of increasing the efficiency of cash flows within the Capital Group.
