The Management Board of Polenergia S.A. (“Issuer”) hereby reports that on 26 February 2020 the Issuer’s subsidiaries, Polenergia Farma Wiatrowa 23 Sp. z o.o. (“Farma Wiatrowa 23”) and Dipol Sp. z o.o. (“Dipol”) as the borrowers (“Borrowers”) and mBank S.A. as the lender (“Lender”) concluded a credit agreement (“Credit Agreement”).
Pursuant to the Credit Agreement, the Lender shall grant term credit to Farma Wiatrowa 23 and Dipol in the total amount up to PLN 31,800,000 allocated to: (i) re-financing of the existing Dipol debt; (ii) crediting the Borrowers’ debt service reserve account and (iii) re-financing of the Issuer’s own contributions made to the Borrowers.
The Credit Agreement foresees repayment of the term credit not later than within 7 years from the date of conclusion. The interest on credit is equal to WIBOR increased by the banks’ margin.
