Polenergia Spółka Akcyjna (‘Company’) hereby informs to have been notified that on 25th February 2015 the Management Board of Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych SA (National Depository for Securities SA, ‘KDPW’) adopted a resolution, whereby 24 129 580 series Z ordinary bearer shares of the Company were registered in KDPW, subject to their admission to trading on the Warsaw Stock Exchange (‘WSE’).
The Company filed an application for the introduction of series Z shares to trading on the WSE.
