DATES OF PUBLICATION OF INTERIM REPORTS IN 2019 AND INFORMATION ABOUT THE PUBLICATION OF CONSOLIDATED REPORTS

The Management Board of Polenergia S.A. hereby announces the dates of publication of the interim reports in 2019:

1.    The separate and the consolidated annual reports for the year 2018 will be published on 4 March 2019;

2.    The consolidated quarterly reports will be published on the following dates:
a.    For the first quarter of 2019 – on 15 May 2019,
b.    For the third quarter of 2019 – on 13 November 2019.

According to Para. 79.2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and interim disclosures by the issuers of securities and the conditions for recognizing as equivalent the disclosures required under the laws of non-member states (“Regulation”), a quarterly report for the second quarter of 2019 will not be published.

The consolidated quarterly reports will contain abridged quarterly consolidated financial statements and the financial report referred to in Para. 62.1 of the Regulation.

3.    The consolidated report for the first half of 219 will be published on 13 August 2019.

The consolidated report for the first half of 219 will include abridged consolidated semi-annual financial statements and abridged semi-annual separate financial statements of the Issuer, in accordance with Para. 62.3 of the Regulation.
