Polish Energy Partners Spółka Akcyjna (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) hereby informs that on 23 May 2005 the remaining 50% of shares in a limited liability company Dipol Sp. z o.o. were taken over by the Company, in line with the Company’s stock call option. Following this acquisition, the Company now holds 100% stake in a limited liability company Dipol Sp. z o.o.
