The Board of Directors of Polish Energy Partners Spółka Akcyjna (‘Company’) hereby informs that the Company was notified that on 6th August 2010 the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (‘WSE’) adopted a resolution to admit 212 800 series T ordinary bearer shares issued by the Company to trading on the WSE as of 11th August 2010.
Therefore, the total number of the Company shares admitted to trading on the WSE will be 19 634 835 shares.
