The Management Board of Polenergia S.A. (the “Issuer“), hereby submits the amended current report number 22/2025 dated April 24, 2025 regarding the conclusion of Deal Contingent Hedge transactions in connection with the planned financing of the Baltic II and Baltic III offshore wind farm projects.
The amendment to the current report consists in replacing the sentence:
“On 16-24 April 2025, the Project Companies entered into contingent transactions under the Deal Contingent Hedge formula.”
With the following sentence:
“On 15 and 24 April 2025, the Project Companies entered into contingent transactions under the Deal Contingent Hedge formula.”
The remaining part of the current report number 22/2025 remains unchanged.
legal basis: § 15 section 2 of the Minister of Finance’s Regulation dated 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information to be published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognition as equivalent of information required under the laws of a non-member state. (OJ PL of 2018 item 757 as amended).
