Polish Energy Partners S.A. (‘Company) hereby announces that the Company’s subsidiary – Amon Sp. z o. o. (‘Amon’) under the procedure of the full release of the credit granted to Amon pursuant to the Credit Files of 1st June 2010 (‘Credit Files’), specified in the Current Report No. 28/2010, effected the transactions as described below, fixing the future uniform PLN to EUR exchange rate for investment payments made by Amon in EUR and funded from the credit granted to it under the Credit Files.
Amon makes payments in EUR in favour of Vestas-Poland Sp. z o. o. under the turbines supply agreement described in the Current Report No. 56/2010.
Transactions related to fixing the uniform exchange rate for payments in the total amount (expressed in EUR) of EUR 28 950 600.00 and were effected with the following banks: (i) Raiffeisen Bank Poland S.A. – transactions totaling EUR 17 732 242.50, (ii) DnB Nord Polska S.A. – transactions totaling EUR 4 487 343.00, and (iii) BZ WBK S.A. – transactions totaling EUR 6 731 014.50.
