The Management Board of Polenergia S.A. (the “Issuer“) hereby informs that as of 13 August 2025, Mansa Investments sp. z o.o., a shareholder of the Company, in exercise of its personal right under Article 5.4.2 (a) (i) of the Issuer’s Statutes, has appointed Mr. Jacek Tadeusz Santorski to the Company’s Supervisory Board.
Mr. Jacek Tadeusz Santorski made a statement stating that: (i) outside the Issuer, he has the following activities: serves as Member of the Management Board at Values Consulting sp. z o.o. and Program Director of Akademia Psychologii Przywództwa (the Academy of Leadership Psychology), serves as a Member of the Board of the Kulczyk Foundation and runs Inner House Jacek Santorski, a sole proprietorship; (ii) is not engaged in any activity competitive to the Issuer; (iii) is not a partner in a civil partnership, partnership or capital company competitive to the Issuer; (iv) is not a member of a body of a legal entity competitive to the Issuer; and (v) is not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the Act of 20 August 1997. on the National Court Register.
Information on the education, qualifications and career history of the Supervisory Board Members have been presented in the appendix to this current report.
