The Management Board of the company under the name Polenergia S.A. with the registered address in Warsaw (“Issuer“), acting on the basis of § 84 section 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 6 June 2025 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state (“Regulation“), in reference to Current Report No. 7/2026 of 30 January 2026, regarding the schedule for the submission of periodic reports in 2026, hereby notifies a change in the date for the submission to the public of the standalone and consolidated annual report for 2025.
The original publication date of the above reports was set for 25 March 2026.
The new date for publication of the standalone and consolidated annual report for financial year 2025 has been set for 11 March 2026.
Other dates and information indicated in current report No. 7/2026 as of the date of publication of this report remain unchanged.
