The Management Board of the company Polenergia S.A. with registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter: “Issuer“), acting pursuant to Art. 84(2) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 6 June 2025 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and on the conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state (“Regulation“), with reference to Current Report No. 7/2026 of 30 January 2026 regarding the timetable for the submission of interim reports in 2026, hereby announces a change of the date for the disclosure to the public of the consolidated interim report for the first half of 2026.
The original publication date for the report mentioned above was 20 August 2026.
The new date for the publication of the consolidated interim report for the first half of 2026 has been set for 30 September 2026.
The publication date of the consolidated interim report for the third quarter of 2026, as indicated in Current Report No. 7/2026, remains unchanged.
