1. Pursuant to § 58 section 1 of the Ordinance by the Council of Ministers of 16 October 2001 on current and interim information provided by issuers of securities, the Executive Board of Polish Energy Partners S.A. in Warsaw hereby declares to submit consolidated quarterly reports including quarterly financial statements of Polish Energy Partners S.A. on a regular basis.
2. The Executive Board of Polish Energy Partners S.A. in Warsaw hereby publishes dates of submission of current reports in 2005:
– consolidated quarterly report of PEP S.A. Capital Group for Q1 2005 – 20 April 2005
– consolidated quarterly report of PEP S.A. Capital Group for Q2 2005 – 12 August 2005
– consolidated quarterly report of PEP S.A. Capital Group for Q3 2005 – 14 November 2005
– consolidated quarterly report of PEP S.A. Capital Group for Q4 2005 – 1 March 2006
– consolidated half-year report with condensed half-year financial statement for H1 2005 – 12 August 2005
– annual report for 2005 – 1 March 2006
– consolidated annual report for 2005 – 1 March 2006.
