DATES OF PUBLICATION OF PERIODIC REPORTS IN 2026

Polenergia S.A. with registered office in Warsaw (“Issuer“) hereby announces the dates for the publication of periodic reports in 2026:

1. The standalone and consolidated annual reports for 2025 will be published on 25 March 2026.
2. Consolidated quarterly reports will be published on the following dates:

• for the first quarter of 2026 – on 21 May 2026,
• for the third quarter of 2026 – on 19 November 2026.

Consolidated quarterly reports will include quarterly condensed consolidated financial statements and quarterly financial information referred to in Art. 63(1) of the Regulation.

According to Art. 83 sec. 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 6 June 2025 on current and periodic information to be published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognition as equivalent of information whose disclosure is required under the laws of a non-member state (“Regulation”), the quarterly reports and the consolidated quarterly reports for the second and fourth quarter of 2026 will not be published.

3. The consolidated report for the first half of 2026 will be published on 20 August 2026.

The consolidated semi-annual report will contain the semi-annual condensed consolidated financial statements and the semi-annual condensed financial statements of the Issuer, together with the auditor’s report on the review or audit of such financial statements, in accordance with Art. 63(3) of the Regulation.
