The Management Board of the company Polenergia S.A. with registered office in Warsaw (the “Issuer”), with reference to current report No. 8/2026 of 2 March 2026 regarding the change of the date of publication of the standalone and consolidated annual report for 2025, in which the Issuer announced that the new date for publication of the standalone and consolidated annual report for the financial year 2025 had been scheduled for 11 March 2026, hereby reports that the publication of the standalone and consolidated annual report for the financial year 2025 was delayed by 3 hours due to technical and operational obstacles.
Legal basis: Art. 82 sec. 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 6 June 2025 on current and periodic information to be published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognition as equivalent of information whose disclosure is required under the laws of a non-member state (OJ PL 2025 item 755)
