Polish Energy Partners Spółka Akcyjna (‘Company’) hereby informs that as a result of the exchange of the part of series 2 warrants of the Company, owned by the participants of the option scheme conducted in the Company, the mentioned persons took up in total 212 800 series T shares of the Company, at the issue price PLN 11.41 per share. As a consequence, the present total number of the Company shares is 19 634 835 shares.
