Polish Energy Partners Spółka Akcyjna (‘Company’) informs that as a result of the exchange of the part of series 2 warrants of the Company, owned by the participants of the option plan conducted in the Company, the mentioned persons took up in total 162 629 series T shares of the Company, at the issue price PLN 11.41 per share.As a consequence, the present total number of the Company shares is 19 422 035 shares.
