NOTIFICATION ON TRANSACTION PERFORMED BY A PERSON CLOSELY RELATED TO A PERSON PERFORMING MANAGEMENT DUTIES

The Management Board of the company under the name Polenergia S.A. with the registered address in Warsaw(“Issuer“) notifies that on 11 June 2025 it received a notification of a transaction regarding the Issuer’s shares, as referred to in Article 19 section 1 of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on Market Abuse (Market Abuse Regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC, from Mansa Investments sp. z o.o. with the registered address in Warsaw as a person closely related to a person performing management duties (Ms. Dominika Kulczyk, Chairwoman of the Issuer’s Supervisory Board).

The notification about the transaction in question is attached to this current report.
