The Management Board of the company Polenergia S.A. (“Issuer“) informs that on 18 December 2025 it received a notice concerning a transaction in the Issuer’s shares referred to in Article 19(1) of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (the Market Abuse Regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC, from Mansa Investments sp. z o.o., as a person closely associated with a person performing managerial duties (Ms. Dominika Kulczyk, Chairwoman of the Issuer’s Supervisory Board).
