REGISTRATION OF THE AMENDMENT TO THE COMPANY STATUTES

The Management Board of the company Polenergia S.A. (the “Issuer“) announces that on 29 July 2025, the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, Commercial Division XII of the National Court Register, registered an amendment to the Issuer’s Statutes made pursuant to Resolution 3/2025 of the Extraordinary General Meeting of 26 June 2025.

Legal basis: Art. 5 sec. 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 6 June 2025 on current and periodic information to be published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognition as equivalent of information whose disclosure is required under the laws of a non-member state (OJ PL 2025 item 755)
