Polish Energy Partners Spółka Akcyjna (‘Company’) hereby informs that on 12th April 2011 it was notified that on 11th April 2011 the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, 13th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, issued a decision on registration of the increase in the Company’s share capital by PLN 3 140 000 by way of issue of 1 570 000 series Y ordinary bearer shares.
As a result, at present the Company’s share capital amounts to PLN 42 627 934 and the total number of the Company’s shares is 21 313 967.
