Art. 20 sec. 1 item 12 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 6 June 2025 on current and periodic information to be published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognition as equivalent of information whose disclosure is required under the laws of a non-member state in conjunction with Art. 428 sec. 6 of the Commercial Companies Code.
