The Management Board of the company Polenergia S.A. (“Issuer” or “Company”) hereby announces that on 14 August 2026, the Management Board received the resignation of Dr Piotr Bartosz Ciżkowicz, Professor at the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH), from his participation in the Issuer’s Supervisory Board and from his position as Member of the Issuer’s Supervisory Board.
The resignation was submitted effective 14 August 2026, end of day.
The resignation does not specify the reasons for its submission.
Legal basis: Art. 5 sec. 5 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 6 June 2025 on current and periodic information to be published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognition as equivalent of information whose disclosure is required under the laws of a non-member state.
