The Executive Board of Polish Energy Partners S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) hereby informs to have been notified by Polish Enterprise Fund, L.P. that Polish Enterprise Fund, L.P. intends to offer 4,500,000 Company shares in public offering.
