Polish Energy Partners Spółka Akcyjna (the “Company”) hereby informs, that the Company has received information according to which Mr. Stephen Klein, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Company, closed a transaction for the sale of the Company shares at the Warsaw Stock Exchange in such manner that on September 8, 2009, 20,000 shares of the Company were sold at the price of PLN 32.70 per share.
