Polenergia Spółka Akcyjna with its registered office in Warsaw (‘Company’) hereby informs that the Supervisory Board, in compliance with the binding provisions of law and professional standards, appointed KPMG Audyt Sp. z o.o. Sp. K. with its registered office in Warsaw (at ul. Chłodna 51, 00-867 Warsaw), recorded in the list of entities authorised to audit financial statements under No. 3546, as an entity to audit the Company’s financial statement for the third quarter of 2014.
Apart from the audit of the Company’s 2013 annual report and review of the Company’s financial statement for the first half-year of 2013, KPMG Audyt Sp. z o.o. Sp. K. provided the so-called other services of a certified auditor to the Company. Furthermore, in 2013 services for the Company were rendered by KPMG Tax Michna Sp. z o.o.
