The Management Board of Polenergia S.A., with registered office in Warsaw (the “Issuer”), hereby announces that on 16 June 2026, notifications were received regarding changes in the shareholdings of the Company’s shareholders: Mansa Investments sp. z o.o., with registered office in Warsaw, and BIF IV Europe Holdings Limited, with registered office in London, filed pursuant to Article 69(2)(2) in conjunction with Article 87(1)(5) of the Act of July 29, 2005, on public offering and terms and conditions for introducing financial instruments into an organized trading system and on public companies
